From 2008 to Q4 2011, the southernswimbait.com blog (which had a really ugly URL and wasn’t well intregrated into the site itself)  has provided the fishing, experiences and journey to big and small bait fishing.   We quite simply needed to refresh our website and methods for engaging the angling community, to compete heads up with the big boys (Nathan Bedford Forrest style, where the small can outmove, outthink and embarrass forces that hugely outweigh and outgun)  and so we’ve launched the website you’re currently viewing to replace the former southernswimbait.com site.   In an effort to make the former blog accessible, with search box and plenty of reading materials, including our BigBait Journal newsletter, tournament experiences, etc, we are keeping that blog online and making it available for anyone who wants to search and find things we’ve been discussing online for 4 years.

PHOTOS:

Understand we literally have 1000s of photos.   Photos are a large and difficult component of a website and difficult to do properly.  Until we explore and think about the best possible practices for integrating a photo gallery (if at all) into this site, here are some archived photo galleries for your viewing pleasure.

Former southernswimbait.com Photo and Video Archive:

Here is one of our already online photo galleries that encompasses much of our fishing from 2005-2010, but doesn't include everything by a long shot. Click the image to be re-directed
